Our Company was founded as a small workshop in 1980 and it successfully produced its first pressurized copper cylinders in 1987. Johnsun Heaters Ltd was registered in 1988 and in 1992 produced Super Foil solar collectors using ultrasonic bonding method. Following EU regulations our company bears the CE mark in 2009 for hot water cylinders. Today we manufacture flat plate solar collectors of the highest efficiency, 100% copper hot water cylinders and thermosyphonic systems.
Our 30+ year expertise in the solar field in Cyprus has enabled us to quickly embrace new technologies and expand in the field of Photovoltaics aiming to become one of the market leaders in both fields. Since 2008 our company has successfully completed projects over 2MWp. Installations range from small stand-alone applications to large grid connected PV Parks.
Johnsun Heaters LTD is a member of the Union of Solar Energy Industrialists (EBHEK) and the Cyprus Association of Renewable Entrprises (SEAPEK) under the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB).
